Ann Taylor LOFT Vintage Y2K Black and White Polka Dot Ruffle-Trim Midi Dress

Ann Taylor LOFT midi dress in a classic polka dot print. Worn two times V-neck with delicate ruffle trim and buttons. Sheer cap sleeves and upper back, lined. .Skirt with layered ruffle hem. Feminine and elegant silhouette. There is a sweet black ribbon tie that wraps around to Taylor the fit. It looks very pretty and does not bunch around the stomach area, if you know what I mean.
