Light blue flowy denim-like women's pants with an elastic waistband and a ruffle or tie detail. The elasticated waist suggests a relaxed fit rather than skinny or high-rise structured styles. Denim blue color although the fabric is not denim I have included the fabric tag here. Super comfortable can be dressed up or down. The pants are in excellent condition, but the tag is frayed.
