12 Vintage 1950s & 60s Fleisher’s Spree yarn. A textured, fine-weight (#3) bouclé-style sport yarn made in the USA by the Fleisher Yarns company. It features a lightweight blend of 42% virgin wool, 42% orlon acrylic, and 16% nylon, and sold in small 1 oz (28-gram) skeins. Its called a knitting yarn and is mothproof All the same lot # 5633 This company went out of business in the 1970s, so all their yarns are discontinued, but you can get it here. These are new vintage skeins that have been in storage and in some skeins the yarn is pulled out a little from the tight loop but still in good condition.
