katie_e_james@emmabalun These are brand new in box. I use a different brand usually, and ordered these to try them and use up some FSA money. I ordered 3, tried the one, didn’t like it. I just looked at them again and they might be a little dusty in the outside since they’re sitting in storage in my attic, but I haven’t removed the caps at all. It looks like there’s a yellow plug in the brush itself that keeps the powder from spilling out, so with shipping there may be some wiggle? Happy to add more photos.
