Vintage COACH Navy Bonnie Cashin Zippered Clutch EUC

This Vintage Coach Bonnie Cashin NAVY Blue Zippered Clutch (very similar to the Coach Bonnie Cashin Basic Bag) is at least 45 years old, is in excellent condition, and is quite unique for a number of reasons: - it is from the 1970’s - it was made in New York City at the original Coach facility. - The zipper manufacturer was/is TALON - It has original unique “Glue in” registration number! This how Coach first began to place registration numbers under the creeds in the late 70’s. The stamped Coach creed would have an empty space stamped below it. The registration number was later glued and placed in this space by hand. Over time the glue deteriorated, and this number often didn’t survive. This stylish clutch is made using beautiful, thick glovetanned leather. It is gorgeous, and beautifully constructed vintage Coach clutch measures approximately 11” wide, 7” high, and 1” deep, with a zipper pull/clutch strap of 7”. Please see all photos for condition. The suede interior has been brushed, the leather has been cleaned. This clutch has been very well cared for. The leather shows some minor signs of use expected considering its age, but no damage or signs of repair. The brass has been polished. It is missing its hangtag. Photos against a black coach purse show that this is Navy (also visible with the glue on #). Comes clean from a smoke free home.
