1940s Vintage Volup Black Dress Scalloped Neckline New York Creations with Stuffed Cording Design down the center front do dress. #65 Label: New York Creations NY Dress Institue Length 45-46" Bust 50"-54" Waist 43"-46" Hips 54"-57" Bodice Length 17.5" Both Belt loops need to be resecured A couple surface stains, looks easy to remove, found at front center skirt, a group of stains at front center bodice near left neckline, and one on back right elbow on sleeve. Stains throughout the dress all appear to be surface stains ans easily removed with a wash or trip to the dry cleaners.
