justine_paquin@jatanagalant It’s a gorgeous and delicate textured fabric, the tag says rayon and silk .. I personally own a couple pieces with this style of fabric and I do not recommend putting it in any machines. Offer accepted, I hope you love it 😊

justine_paquin@jatanagalant It’s both, the top seems to be blue velvet with patterns that are in thinner fabric (silk) Whether the whole top is a blend or if it’s by sections I am not sure. All washing and fabric tags are available to see on pictures.
