Maker: Unknown West German manufacturing.
Period: 1950s
Material: Molded early plastic/composition; possibly celluloid.
Hardware: silver-tone clip backs.
Marks: GES. GESCH. On Molded flower; Western Germany on the hardware.
Condition: Noticeable original surface/finish loss around the pettels; apparently intact dimensional flowers and pettal centers.
When I did my research on these GES. GESCH stands for gesetzlich geschützt (“legally protected”) in German.
