Linen Cynthia Rowley Blouse

Only worn once, this linen blouse is just begging to be warm with a statement necklace! Fun black fringe detailing at the hem and sleeves. Checked thoroughly and I found one almost imperceptible spot on the front, tried to point it out in one of the photos. Again, it is about the size of a grain of rice so hardly able to be seen. Just wanted to be transparent. Always open to considering offers!
