Vintage 90s elastic waist plaid skirt

Lovely vintage 90s plaid skirt Tag is blank, not sure of make or size, could be small or xsmall Waistband is strong elastic Outer layer is thin cotton and inner layer feels like polyester A-line skirt Waist -13” approx not doubled - but could probably stretch another 3” with ease Length from top to bottom - approx 19” EUC - no rips, stains, tears, waistband has some faded spots.
