Please read description. Retails 198.00. This dress still has a tag on it but has a flaw on the tie waist of the dress. It can absolutely be repaired with a few stitches or not. Once tied that part is cinched back. Only half of the strap is unsewn. Such a beautiful dress for a small fraction of the price. Retails for 198. Bought it for myself and it was never worn because I meant to stitch it and I never got around to it. I’d like to just recoup some funds from this. Feel free to make a reasonable offer
