Distinctive figural pedestal design features a fluted or ruffled bowl supported by a coiled dolphin/fishcolumn and was produced by historical manufacturers like Northwood Glass or later reproduced by L.G. Wright using classic uranium glass formulations. (Please note all information is what I gleaned from the Internet. I know nothing about this personally.) Please do your own research. Please note, I see one mark on the underside rim looks like a black magic marker-see last photo. Does not distract from how pretty this is or how displayable in my opinion. Could use a little clean up, I will leave that option up to you. I see no chips or cracks.
