vicmill22@neysaent Hi! The length is 32in and the waist (flat) is about 13.25 in (so double it for the total waist) but it can stretch a good bit.

vicmill22@carly_lynn3 hmmm.. I’m usually a pants size 6 and it first me very comfortably and could probably stretch out to a size 8 or maybe 10. Does that help?
