shaunasalowThe waist measures 15 inches, but could stretch to 19 inches. They can be adjusted with the drawstring. Let me know if you have other questions. BTW, they are brand new with the tag attached. They can also be worn full length or can be cinched up with the ties about two inches above the bottom ruffle. Super unique.
