Cotton poplin skirt from J. Crew NWOT. I had the elastic inside the waist stitched down. I did not like how the material of the skirt kind of poofed out away from the elastic because it was only attached from the top. Please see photos of the added stitching. Even though I believe the skirt wears better because of the added stitching I still didn’t like the way it looked on me. Tags were removed but it was never worn except to try on.
