thegoodstuff21Hi there! Thank you for asking! I think these are true to size. For me, I’m a 7.5 and these are an 8 and they were too big. So in my opinion, if you’re between sizes. Size down. I’ve added a photo with a measurement of the bottom of the sole. Hope this helps!! - Miranda
