Hello, I added a picture with waist measurements, there isn't any stretch. I wear 28, although Free people sizes are not consistent, these jeans are super cute they're just a bit big unfortunately

These look a little short in the picture. Is the inseam on this 32.5 from the crotch area? Also are these new with tag? Photo shows tag but listing says preowned/used

They have not been worn. I'm 6ft tall, with a 34-36 inseam, they fall above my shoes. I absolutely love them but they are a tad too big, I wear a 27.
