Both bottom cuffs exhibit severe heel drag w/prominent tears, fraying, holes, & split fabric (see detailed close-up photos). Additionally, the very bottom snap button on both legs has pulled out completely, leaving a small hole where the hardware was attached. All upper snaps & the main body are intact.
