shansparHi! Yes it is a drawstring. I think it is pretty true to size. The drawstring cinches to 13 inches (or 26 waist) and stretches to 17 inches (or 34 inch waist). Normal it is about 15 inches (or 29/30 inch waist).

carisaphiniseeDo you have any documentation of the skirt being authentic? Did you buy it yourself? Do you have any receipts? I’m just asking because it sounds like all of the interior tags are not present?
