I always double check the condition of an item before I accept an offer, I will let you know if I find anything that I missed. Garment needs to be washed. this garment was purchased secondhand. Garment is listed as good condition because of a stain that goes through the fabric near the side slit on the front of the garment. Garment has a side zipper. Garment has some heft to it because of the elastic from this walking. Garment is not lined at the chest and the sleeves and most of the skirt section. There is a short lining, as shown in photos. Garment is made of linen, and the lining is cotton. The ends of the sleeves and the upper inner sides of the sleeves are less stretchy than the smocked sections. The sleeves and the not line skirt section are see-through. Due to the texture of the material, it looks like there are some pulls but there were none that I could see. Garment needs to be ironed or steamed. Check pictures for garment, material information and washing instructions. Size 12. Made in China. Good condition. Please ask for measurements if needed
