annhaddon@rangnan Hi there! The élastic is not at all stretched or loose. In fact there is a wired bra that gives comfortable support. It is like new. I hope this has been helpful . Please reach out if you have other questions. Thanks for your interest.

clairem2393@annhaddon Of course!! It isn’t letting me counter with a lower amount, so is it ok if I decline it and then you try submitting your original offer again? Thank you and I am so sorry about the inconvenience!!

clairem2393Hi there!! Commenting here just because I can’t message you - thank you so much for your offers on the blue tuckernuck dress! The only reason I didn’t accept is because I’m out of town and can’t ship until Monday. Does that timing work ok for you? If so, I’ll accept your original $40 offer! Thanks!!

I’m a schoolteacher on a super tight budget, so that means a lot to me! I am just fine with you shipping Monday. Consider it sold! Thank you! Ann
