New Without Tags TCEC Tunic. This item features a striped pattern of navy blue, yellow, white, black and gray. It has a neckline that allows it to be worn as a short sleeved tunic. However, it also can be worn as an off-the-shoulder tunic as well due to the elastic around the neckline. There are short sleeves which are fluttery for a super cute look. This tunic is lined for full coverage. It is 100% Polyester with a 95% Polyester & 5% Spandex lining. This item is super cute. I bought to wear to work and our dress code was changed so it didn't get worn. From a pet-free, some-free home. I only ship to US addresses using USPS.
