Gorgeous black OTK / thigh high boots by FRAME Denim. “Le Mulholland Boot” style in soft black nappa leather. Pointed toe, high block heel. Made in Spain. Shaft height 26.5” measured at side, heel height 4.25”, circumference at widest part of calf 14.25”, circumference at top of boot 18.25“. Size 40, great preowned condition w some mild scuffing to leather finish on mid shaft (see photos, not at all noticeable).
