Set of 2 vintage Syracuse China restaurant ware bowls in classic ivory/cream with double red stripe trim. These are heavy-duty commercial china bowls originally made for restaurant, hotel and institutional use. Syracuse China is well known for its durable American-made restaurant ware. The green backstamp reads Syracuse China, Syracuse N.Y. U.S.A. One bowl appears to carry a 30-LD / similar production code above the logo. Syracuse China used coded markings on many pieces to identify production periods.
