Persaman Green Floral Skirt

Persaman New York Green Floral Skirt, used and worn a lil more than a couple of times. Item doesn’t have much wear and tear; there is a Knick in the threading along the trim area (bottom of the skirt) as seen in photos. The zipper and the clasp are in good condition and the item also has some stretch to it. This dress is above ankles and depending on one’s height may be below knees. Measurements below Waist laying flat is 14 inches! Hips laying flat are 18 inches! Length of dress is 26 inches!
