All Hats and Bras that contain a structured cup are shipped in a box to protect the integrity and shape. Flat bras are shipped in a poly bag. A flat bra is simply a bra that can flatten without fear of damage. We process and ship all items the following business day. We are a small business working daily to bring great items to the market.
