aquilawindyIt does! this is one of the prettiest skirts i've seen. a picture of it spread-out fully would help me decide if I want it. i am on the fence about the waist, but i know it could be altered. are the panels made of all kinds of different fabrics?

csj_source@aquilawindy These are the only photos I have since it’s in storage. Was purchased from an estate sale that had a bunch of unique clothing like this! Yes different panels but seems to be similar fabric. One of a kind skirt!!
