liisanikkole@liisanikkole Hi! So yes, this fabric is a 95 poly, 5 spandex ( no wrinkles- no fade) and with the waist… it doesn’t have an elastic band but with this fabric while it lays flat and measures 13.5 at rest the waistband can flex to 15.5. Without effort.
