Hi! Is there a permanent stain on the back top of the dress? Has the dress length been altered at all?

Hi!! It is actually on the front of the dress. It is tape residue. I just worked on it a little bit and it seems to come out when you work with it. The length has not been altered. You could rub it out or get some type of fabric tape remover. It is across the bottom hem of the dress and just in spots, not all the way across the front.
