Elegance personified - the Jillian is a glossy black leather boot that hits at midcalf with a tulip top at the calf opening. 4-in leather wrapped curved heel, pointy toe, inside zipper, triangular gusset with elastic at the top of the boot to provide more flexibility with the calf fit. Stamped Fluevog insignia, rubber soles. There are a few minor nicks on the leather heels, some slight creasing across the toe, some very faint rough spots on the toe tips (very subtle), and some wear-down on the heel caps. The leather is in fantastic shape - no other scratches or scuffs. These boots do fit slightly narrow and small in both the foot and the calf -- these are a 7 and it's recommended you size up at least a half size and potentially even a full size - so good for a narrow 6.5 or normal 6. These also will best fit a thinner calf. While strict realists might frown at the idea, John has always found the telling of tall tales to be a fruitful way to jump start his creative juices.
