This is a lovely Art Deco period dress clip with matched screwback earrings featuring an Art Noveau flowing leaf design in a textured brasstone with prong set yellow/orange colored faceted rhinestones arranged in floral clusters. Possibly made in Czech or Germany based on the design and glass rhinestones, although not signed.
