Based on what I can see of the care tag and paper tag I believe this jacket is either late 1970s or early 1980s There are no hand warmer pockets, no numbers stamped on the back of the buttons which aligns with this timeframe Care tag is from 70s/80s era There are some scuffs throughout the edges of the jacket and wear throughout consistent with age but no major holes or stains. The care tag in the back is also beginning to pull off
