blueskiesonly76Hey Jennifer. I can’t measure it. I’d go with the standard measurements of an XL and the material is water resistant. It’s like a canvas material. Similar to cargo pants that have that canvas feel. Light weight however. Sorry I can’t be more helpful. It doesn’t have the material tag in it any longer.
