White House, black market floral sheath dress

Only worn less than five times and in overall excellent condition except for one mark as pictured which is under the armpit. It is a size 6 and measures 36 inches in the chest 28 inches in the waist and the hips are 34 inches. There is stretch to the dress. The overall length from shoulder to hem is about 36 inches. It is a beautiful black and white dress with blue and gray accents. It has a hidden back zipper, cap, sleeves, and comes with belt.
