Figure flattering diagonal ruching around the waist. 75% Silk/23% Nylon/2% Spandex. The material is soft and stretchy, not super tight like a typical bandage dress. Top of halter top hem 31" approximately. See photos for other measurements. For some reason the flat lay looks wonky, but when worn the dress hugs the curves and looks as expected.
