VTG Victoria Harbour black knit sweater w/ beaded fireworks

This was purchased secondhand and needs to be washed. This garment may smell like fabric spray I did not spray the garment, it was purchased that way. Please ask any questions before buying. I always double check the condition of an item before I accept an offer, I will let you know if I find anything that I missed. Brand: Victoria Harbour Black knit oversized sweater with shoulder pads and colorful beaded firework embroidery. Has many stains on garment: on collar (pictured), brand tag (pictured), some of front of garment (pictured). One of the shoulder pads isn’t sewn down on one side and needs to be sewn again (I ran out of room to show where it used to be sewn, just pictured is where the shoulder pad is). A few of the fireworks have pulls (on the beading). Garment has some heft to it. Garment has an oversized fit. Good vintage condition. Size medium. Made in China.
