Cleobella patterned dress

Belt is missing! Fun pattern of purple, orange, cream, and blue on black background. Has tiered full skirt that hits about the knee and slight poet sleeve with elastic wrists. Back waist also elasticized to give a more hourglass silhouette. Cute fabric covered button placard down to waist, ruffly yoke and collar. So many pretty details! Never worn, tags removed. Didn’t like the fit on myself.
