Hi! It’s a stretchy satin, yes. I don’t have any measurements, but I will try to give you some when I’m home in a few hours.

Hi, just measured, on a flat surface. 47” top to bottom. 17” across the widest part of the breast, 21” across the widest part of the hips. So double the last 2 if you are measuring around the body. Let me know if you have questions.
