Hervé Léger Red Fringe Maxi Dress with Bustier Couture Cut Neckline

Vibrant red fringe maxi dress with a structured bustier top. Thick straps and sweetheart neckline. Flowing layered fringe skirt. Bold and statement-making. Worn once but bought from someone who also wore it once. It doesn’t photograph well but there appears to be some minor pilling and faint discoloration on the back. It looks slightly pink to me but does not look bad or distracting in my opinion.
