Rivar’s: Women's Vest with Decorative Buttons - Size Small

Previously owned, women’s velcro-close red vest with decorative buttons (view photos # 5-7) This was used as part of a uniform in early 2000’s- may work well for an up-cycle project or as part of a costume. There are a few snags in the fabric in areas throughout (last 3 photos for examples) Photos #10-11 are for size visual with laying flat measurements.
