American Eagle White Ruffled Tiered Mini Skirt

American Eagle lightweight white tiered mini skirt with elastic waistband. Size medium. Good pre-owned condition. There is a faint stain on the front and a couple of holes on the back (the top tier hides them but they could be sewn up) where it caught on something. The fabric is 60% cotton and 40% modal. The waist is approximately 15 inches and is stretchy elastic and the length is approximately 12.5 inches.
