This Chez California by Tandy navy, a-line shift dress is in fabulous vintage condition. White buttons down the front and on the cuffs are pristine with no yellowing or other signs of age. A fun relaxed silhouette with great movement! Adorable with boots, sneaks, sandals or heels. Add a belt for a more structured fit, layer with a jacket, add a brooch — you can do it all with this fabulously versatile piece!
