Anna Sui Whimsigoth, Crochet Black Sleeveless Lace-Trim Shift Dress

Chic sleeveless shift dress by Anna Sui. Features pintuck and lace trim detailing. Front decorative buttons down the bodice. Subtle velvet band at the waist. Feminine scalloped hem with layered trims. This was a 2009 20th Anniversary Collection Target Collab. Please note: The waist belt buckle is missing but the velvet band is intact with no holes. Color: It is black and per Google a solid black. However up against some other deeper black clothing and depending on lighting it does appear slightly navy. It has a lovely sheen in between the velvet layered & crocheted bands.
