GORGEOUS dress, NWT. Unfortunately I bought this for an event ahead of time and it no longer was the appropriate size when needed (I was very sad about this). Sleeveless with thick straps, fit and flare knee length dress in deep red dahlia. Flocked black heart pattern across fabric. Fitted at the bodice with velvet belt and layered flowing skirt.
