A classic Dutch Delftware rectangular porcelain trinket dish featuring vibrant, hand-painted cobalt blue floral motifs and decorative line/dot borders. The iconic Jar/Bottle at the top center represents a porceleyne fles (porcelain bottle or apothecary jar), which is the literal name and historical emblem of the factory. JT honors Joost Thooft, who bought the factory in 1876 and revived authentic hand-painted Dutch earthenware. Founded in 1653 as De Porceleyne Fles, Royal Delft is the last remaining original 17th-century earthenware factory in Delft, Netherlands. Renowned worldwide for pioneering authentic, hand-painted Delft Blue pottery, it bridges centuries of Dutch craftsmanship, capturing iconic floral and maritime motifs with unmatched heritage, artistry, and prestige. It earned its official "Royal" designation from the Dutch royal family in 1919—a mark of ultimate authenticity.
