Vintage Handmade Floral Striped Ruffled Dress

This beautiful statement piece appears to be handmade, it's very unique. It does need a bit of TLC as the one section of the ruffled hem at the bottom needs to be re-sewn. Everything is there, just part of the threading has pulled away. Additionally, the new owner may want to sew on an eyelet hook at the very top of the zipper just to clean up the threads, but not necessary.
