chloelyndavis@rosieposey124 Hi! Yes, waist is 28” because they are super low rise and sit closer to the hips. These have 2% Spandex so there is stretch to them as well

rosieposey124Thank you! I'll have to pull out my measuring tape to see if this can work. I'm very petite but also extremely short waisted so all of this makes a difference. No joke, from my rib cage to my waist is about a 2 inch radius. Freakish proportions. Therefore, medium or high waisted anything make me look like Mrs. Egg Head!

rosieposey124Hi there! Can you please tell me, in the description, it says the waist is a 28, inseam 7, length 28. But the picture of the label says the waist is a 25. Also, are they stretch? If yes, I'm hoping not too much. Thank you!
