Hi- can you confirm that the shoes include all of the original convertible components — specifically both interchangeable footbeds/heel pieces and the straps — so they can be worn as a closed-back shoe, slingback, or open-back clog?

Everything is there. The box has 2 drawers in it. One has the clogs and one the footers as shown in the pictures
