hellcatrn@priyankapras353 I do not know ….. it looks, feels and smells new. The seams are clean. It is crisp. It is stunning and I’m only selling bc it is too small. But I cannot guarantee that it has never been worn or used. I hope that helps. I just bought another in a size medium bc it is that gorgeous. Thank you for asking :-)
