Need Help with Silver Marks Etc.

I’m not an expert in this type of item. I’m assuming this is a vintage sterling silver sugar shovel. But I’m not sure if that is it’s use. I have had no luck identifying the makers marks on back. I think I see a I or T, W, D, A and maybe a griffin coming out of a pot ? Idk. Not for sale until I can figure out markings. I know some people love a good mystery. Metal is none magnetic and polishes like silver.
